We have always had a passion to help others. As God brings people into our path we will use the gifts or abilities He has given us to glorify Him as we serve others. We do not charge others for helping them, we ask them to supply the items needed and we will supply the labor and knowledge. We believe that as we follow His leading in this, He will provide for our needs (strength, time and knowledge) as we provide His grace to others by our services.
1 Peter 4:10 and 11 "As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. Whoever speaks, is to do so as one who is speaking the utterances of God; whoever serves is to do so as one who is serving by the strength which God supplies; so that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belongs the glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
The needy are mainly thought of as the homeless and the hungry, although the needy are also the elder women up the street who can't clean her windows anymore due to physical limitation or the working single mom a few blocks away who struggles to do the yard work. These are the types of the people God has brought in our path to pour out the many forms of grace that each one needs at different times and different ways.
